By accessing or using the NIMAR VR World website (www.nimarvrworld.com), booking tickets online, or making a purchase through our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Use of Website

  • You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the site, or misuse our booking/payment systems.
  • All website content, branding, graphics, and media are the property of NIMAR VR World and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without prior written consent.

3. Online Sales and Bookings

  • Payment: All online bookings and purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an electronic confirmation of your purchase. Please retain this as proof of booking.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: All sales are final. No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. If a session is canceled due to technical or operational issues, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit, reschedule, or refund.
  • Eligibility: Some VR experiences have age, height, or health restrictions. It is your responsibility to review and comply with these before booking.

4. Participation in VR Activities

  • Participation at our physical venue requires a separate Waiver of Liability signed by each participant (or a parent/guardian for minors).
  • Certain health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, heart issues, seizure disorders) may make VR participation unsafe. Please consult a physician if uncertain.
  • NIMAR VR World reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who does not meet eligibility or safety requirements.

5. Media & Marketing

By entering our venue, you may be photographed or recorded in public areas for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please notify our staff before your session begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, trade names, and content on this website are the property of NIMAR VR World. You may not use them without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, NIMAR VR World disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of this website, booking systems, or participation in VR activities.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or mall-wide closures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms
